i was just curious if you guys would be willing to post your reasons why you like these particular stocks you have in the portfolio..... could you guys plz post reasons why you bot and sold? i would really appreciate it if thats not too much to ask.

Read the original post, it explains how we scanned for these stocks.
Looking for a stock in a steady uptrend without the big fluctuations of the stocks we watch for swing/day trading. Couple of percent day range is great; over that is too volatile for a buy and hold port.
Dude, look at TRA and CF since we added them. Shew...nice returns for little effort and zero stress.
We cut the ones that we felt were under performing, and added new ones we found on the same scan this weekend.
Actually Muddy always knew that stocks like this existed, but he really got interested after looking at (uh, I meant reading!) Our friend TG's blog at Trading Goddess.
TG doesn't day trade and she's really good at picking this type of stock.

also i forgot to mention i looked at FLWS and noticed a cup and handle formation and possible entry around 6.10..............im guessing tho because im kinda new to this stuff.
